The Combat Air Museum Car Show is always held on the first Sunday in October. Next Show Date: Sunday, October 4, 2026 I 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

A Car Show Experience Like No Other

This isn't just another parking lot car show. This is your chance to showcase your pride and joy on the historic tarmac of Forbes Field, surrounded by the legendary aircraft of the Combat Air Museum. It's a day where horsepower and airpower meet!

Plan Your 2026 Experience

Whether you're showing off your ride or just coming to see the sights, here's what you need to know to plan for the 2026 Car Show on the Tarmac.

For Car Show Participants:

Get ready to claim your spot on the tarmac! Registration typically opens in late August.

1.  Pre-Registration: Opens online around August 22nd and closes in mid-September. This is the best way to secure your spot and save a few dollars. The first 100 pre-registered entries often receive a free gift!
2.  Day-of Registration: Missed the deadline? No problem. You can register on the day of the show for $25 (cash only) at the South Gate entrance starting at 9:00 AM.
3. The Exclusive VIP Experience: Want the ultimate access? Be on the lookout for our VIP package announcement! These extremely limited spots (only 10 available in 2025!) sell out in hours and typically include:
1. Early 8:00 AM entry.
2. A premium, reserved parking spot under the wing of a historic aircraft.
3. A complimentary event T-shirt.
4. A free lunch voucher.
5. Follow us on social media to be the first to know when VIP spots go on sale

For Spectators:

Join us for a day of incredible cars, planes, food, and fun! The museum gates open to the public at 9:00 AM with special, discounted Car Show day admission.
Admission Prices:

1. All visitors 5 years and over: $5
2. Youngsters (4 years and under): Free

• When is the next car show?
  • The show is always on the first Sunday of October. The next event is scheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2026.
• Is the event rain or shine?
  • Yes, this event will take place rain or shine. All registrations are non-refundable.
• Can I pay with a credit card on the day of the show?
  • Day-of-show vehicle registration is cash only. Many of our food trucks and vendors will accept cards, but it's a good idea to have cash on hand.
• What time should I arrive if I'm showing a car?
  • VIP and pre-registered vehicles may enter via the North Gate starting at 8:00 AM.
    Day-of-Show entries may enter via the South Gate starting at 9:00 AM. All participating vehicles must be on the tarmac by 11:00 AM when vehicle entry closes.
• What kind of vehicles are welcome?
  • All makes, models, and years are welcome! If you love it, we want to see it. From classic muscle and vintage restorations to modern marvels and unique builds, every vehicle adds to the excitement of the show.
