Venue Use Examples: Meetings, Small Dinners/Birthday Parties, Family Celebrations, Small Memorial Service

Requirements:
Signed Facilities Use Agreement
$100 refundable Security Deposit
If alcohol is to be served at event: Alcohol license plus proof of Liability Insurance Policy of $1 million

Room Rental: Half Day (up to 4 hrs)

$100 fee plus:
$4.00 per person (ages 5-17) plus
$6.00 per person (ages 18 & over)

Room Rental: Full Day (4-8 hrs)

Includes:
• Decorating access two hours before Event
• MUSEUM set-up, breakdown and trash removal
• Use of kitchen (requires advance arrangements)
• Representative on duty from MUSEUM
• Consultation with MUSEUM Office Manager and/or other MUSEUM Official(s)
• MUSEUM tour with a Tour Guide (requires advance arrangements)

Hangar Bay Rental (up to 6 hours, 5 pm-11 pm)

Museum supplied tables and chairs for event

Includes:
• Decorating access two hours before Event
• MUSEUM set-up, breakdown and trash removal
• Movement of aircraft, engines, stands, signage
• Use of Educational Conference Room & kitchen (requires advance arrangements)
• Representative on duty from MUSEUM
• Consultation with MUSEUM Office Manager and/or other MUSEUM Official(s)
• MUSEUM tour with a Tour Guide (requires advance arrangements)
